EU style open type auto loader features:
1)Stainless hopper receiver to eliminate contamination.
2) Microprocessor controller for ease of use and has multipile alarm indicators.
3) Motor overload protector ensure long motor life.
4) Audible material shortage alarm device.
5) Filter designed for easy cleaning and has filter status checking window for easier monitor of filter condition.
6) Both vacuum hopper and photosensor hoper can be directly mounted on moulding macchine's feed port. The above mentioned loaders adopt standard stainless steel mesh
7) Cyclone separator can reduce filter clean frequency when used for dusty regrind materials.
8) Proportional valve for mixing virgin and regrind materials, or for material instant recycling.
